Thank you so much David & Diana. At short notice in February we needed somewhere to stay for a few weeks, we have had a great week in this magical gite. The hosts David & Diana could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We were here to view properties so had a very busy week, it was a real pleasure to return to the gite each evening. The gite is spotless, well decorated with a great shower and wood burner, this made it warm and cosy. The surrounding countryside, the peaceful and quiet clear night skies and our hosts made this a week will never ever forget

14th-18th March 2022 - I stayed with David & Diana when I came from the UK to buy and sign for my new home. Gite Magic was a beautiful gite and an oasis of calm with warmth and generosity. I loved coming back to the gite after each day whilst the stress of the outside world continued. At the gite it was peace and tranquility. Thank you David & Diana so much for making my stay one of my most memorable.

We spent 18 days here in May/June. We were looking for a secluded location where we could relax in isolation and silence but still be close to villages and towns where we could find essential supplies. Gite Magic offers this is spades. Our hosts Diana and David were discreet but still available to respond to the couple of inquiries that we had during the stay. We need to mention the Wifi issue which is being addressed but this wouldn't mark down our score on what was a memorable holiday. We would certainly recommend.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of spending time in the Skippy gite for 1 week whilst we were house hunting.
I have to say this was one of the most beautiful places that we have ever had the pleasure to stay in, the accommodation had absolutely everything we needed and more, the surroundings were spectacular and very peaceful and the hosts, David & Diana were amazing.
I would have no hesitation on giving them and the accommodation 10 out of 10, they have the most amazing gites, David & Diana have also helped us so much with our move to France, we can’t thank them enough, we feel like we have known them for years and will stay in touch with them forever.
Thank you both for making our first time in France so brilliant and for all of your help and support, we could not have asked for more, I know that you will be flooded with bookings once word get’s out and rightly so!

We were extremely well received by the owners, who are very charming, discreet and polite people! They reached out to us in advance to answer any questions we had.
They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable in their cottage, and made us feel at home.
This cottage is incredibly peaceful with the proximity of fields and forest where we were able to see wild animals and walk on small country roads.
It was also very warm due to the appearance of the house, very typical of the French chic countryside.
Comfort was waiting for you, the bedding/showers spotlessly clean and spacious. Not to mention the Jacuzzi, offering real moments of relaxation, in a small private room.
The outdoor swimming pool a few meters from the kitchen will allow you to go for a swim after breakfast or simply relax by the water on the deckchairs. We were surprised to meet small, furry, four-legged visitors, the owners' dogs, who are adorable and very affectionate! We'll miss Dot and Sarah!!
We had a fantastic week at this magical place. If you are looking for a place to relax and rest, to find yourself in peace, don't hesitate.

Gite Magic was everything we could have asked for and so much more! David and Diana have thought of everything and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. A real home from home with everything at your fingertips required to start enjoying your holiday from the very beginning. The Gite is beautiful inside and out! Set within a tranquil and peaceful setting with glorious views of the french countryside and amenities within an easy drive. Lovely pool needed in the very hot weather Very pretty villages to visit nearby - we will definitely be back!!

The whole Gite was fresh and clean. It was spacious and well equipped, with everything needed to have a relaxing holiday. The bed was large and very comfortable - It had a mosquito net although there was no need to use it during our stay as there were no mosquitoes around. The outdoor veranda was a real bonus to us during the week as the temperatures were high and it was in shade throughout the morning.
Thank you David and Diana. We had a lovely relaxing time staying in Gite Magic and made good use of the pool on the hot sunny days. You made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed this comfortable Gite and peaceful setting.

David and Diana are very lovely hosts. They welcomed us warmly. The cottage is very pleasant to live in and tastefully furnished. It is in a beautiful quiet environment and conducive to relaxation. The place is very nice and the pool large and appreciated especially during the great heat. We were able to visit the surrounding sites and in particular the most beautiful villages in France in the region. We even spent a day in Royan, enjoying fried mussels and swimming, the beach being about 100 km from the cottage, it's quickly done. Thanks again David and Diana for a lovely week. See you soon.
